Head injuries have been plaguing athletes of all sports since the inception of sports. The good (or bad) news for some is that recent advancements have allowed us to understand just how serious head injuries can be and what we can, and sometimes have, to do to keep ourselves from further and even permanent injuries.
We are sad to see Justin retire, but we are happy that he is choosing to live his life in a way that will help him live longer and happier and help to bring awareness to the seriousness of head injuries.
